Prices are indicative while wholesale terms are finalised, and final tariffs are published before commercial launch in February 2027. What will not change: no contract, no monthly fee to hold a SIM, and no charge for a SIM swap or a port-in.

Household share plan

Our main plan, and the reason most families will move. One balance, up to five SIMs, one person in control.

How it works

The account holder buys one data and voice allowance for the household. Each SIM draws from it, and the account holder can set a cap per SIM — so a child's phone cannot finish the month's data in an afternoon.

Calls between SIMs on the same plan are free. Adding a SIM takes a RICA check at a branch or kiosk and nothing else; there is no fee to add or remove a line.

What it is good for

Households running four or five separate prepaid lines usually spend more in total than a share plan costs, and lose the balance nobody used. The share plan pools it instead.

It also carries the household's other products: the phone on instalment, the router at home and the family's cover all bill from the same wallet on the same date.

SIMs, RICA and porting

Everything that involves your identity happens face to face with a person who can check it properly, or on a video call for members who cannot travel.

Collect a starter pack

Free at any ZCC branch, Z-Connect kiosk, roaming agent or participating shop. It contains the SIM and your wallet activation code.

RICA on the spot

ID or passport plus proof of address. The agent captures it, checks it against the record, and the SIM activates in minutes.

Port your number, if you want it

Say so at registration. Porting is free and usually completes within one working day; you keep using your old SIM until it cuts over.

eSIM on supported phones

Newer handsets can activate an eSIM instead of a plastic SIM — useful if you want to keep a second number running on the same phone.
